1. The amount of lubrication should be appropriate

If the amount of fat is too large, the conflict torque will increase, the temperature will rise, and the amount of fat consumed will increase; while if the amount of fat is too small, it will not be able to obtain reliable lubrication and dry conflict will occur. In general, the appropriate amount of grease is 1/3 ~ 1/2 of the total void volume in the bearing. However, depending on the situation, sometimes the bearing margin should be greased to implement cavity lubrication.

2. Pay attention to avoid mixing different types, brands and old and new high temperature resistant greases

Avoid the use of grease containers and things, otherwise, it will have a negative impact on the drop point of fat, increase in penetration and mechanical stability.

3. Pay attention to replacing new fat

As the type and quality of high-temperature-resistant grease are constantly improved and changed, when the old equipment is replaced with new high-temperature-resistant grease, it should be tested before trial use before being officially used; when replacing new grease, the waste high-temperature-resistant grease should be removed Grease to clean the parts. When replenishing high-temperature-resistant grease, the waste high-temperature-resistant grease should be squeezed out until a new high-temperature-resistant grease is seen at the grease outlet.

4. Pay attention to the management of the process of filling high temperature grease

Before collecting and filling high temperature resistant grease, pay close attention to the cleanliness of containers and things. The grease supply port on the equipment should be cleaned beforehand to prevent the mixing of mechanical impurities, dust and grit.

5. Pay attention to the timely replacement of fat with season

For example, the temperature difference between winter and summer plums in the environment where the device is located changes greatly. If winter fat is used in summer or vice versa, the results will be boosted.

6. Pay attention to regular replacement of high temperature resistant grease

The replacement time of the high-temperature-resistant grease should be determined according to the specific application situation, which must ensure reliable lubrication and not cause waste of grease.

Pay attention to storage method

Do not use wooden or paper containers to package high-temperature-resistant grease to avoid losing oil and hardening, mixing with moisture, or being polluted and transformed, and it should be stored in a cool and dry place.

7. An important point, fat selection is very important!

High temperature resistant grease can reduce mechanical conflicts, avoid metal aging and prevent air leakage, oil leakage and water leakage to ensure the normal operation of mechanical equipment. When selecting high temperature resistant grease, generally consider the following factors

Temperature: Temperature has a great influence on high temperature resistant grease. If the environment and mechanical working temperature are high, high temperature resistant high temperature grease should be selected.

Rotating speed: The temperature rise of high-speed working parts is high and fast, which makes the high-temperature resistant grease thinner and lost. It should be selected with a thicker high-temperature resistant grease.

Load: Because the size of the high-temperature grease cone is related to the load that can be accepted during use, the high-load grease must use high-temperature grease with a small cone penetration (large consistency); if it accepts both heavy loads and shocks For load, use high temperature resistant grease containing extreme pressure additives, such as high temperature resistant grease containing molybdenum disulfide.

Requirements for special parts: Select according to the different working environment of the machine. In humid environments, high-temperature resistant greases with strong water resistance should be selected; thick graphite-containing greases should be used in dusty environments; and hydrocarbon-based greases should be used in acid-containing environments; if there are special requirements for sealing , Should use barium-based grease.
