How to use molybdenum disulfide lubricant
Molybdenum disulfide lubricants are widely used as carbon brush additives in the automotive and machinery industries. Additions to lubricants, greases, polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, paraffin, and stearic acid can improve lubrication and reduce friction. It can also be used as a non-ferrous metal release agent and forging die lubricant, which can effectively extend the use time and improve the working conditions; improve the running-in operation, prevent surface damage, prevent cold welding, and ensure its connection status when using threaded connections ; With some volatile solvents and sprayable metal surface or add engineering plastics to make lubricating originals. Electronics, spraying, plating, hardware, screws and other industries can directly use such products.
application:
1. Pre-assembly process: Quick-drying molybdenum disulfide spray can provide protection during assembly. When using spray, an ultra-thin lubricating coating will be formed on the surface of the assembled parts without changing the fitting tolerances of the parts.
2. Lubricity performance: Quick-drying molybdenum disulfide spray avoids the problems of conventional wet lubricants in the application, and can provide dry lubrication in the case of excessive dust. Ideal for sliding guides and rotating guides of various types in textile printing and dyeing machinery.
3. Spraying is used for the installation and running-in lubrication of bearings, slide rails, guide rails, splines, guide grooves, and screw rods under high load.
4. Spraying is used to assemble and lubricate threads, shaft sleeves, fasteners, seals, valves and other piping systems, tracks, pulleys, gears, etc. under extreme pressure environments to prevent mating parts from seizing and sintering.
Instructions:
1. Before use, thoroughly wash the dust and oil on the surface of the object before coating.
2. Shake the tank vigorously for about 30 seconds to facilitate uniform spraying.
3. When spraying, move back and forth from the workpiece 20-30cm to spray uniformly.
4. The film can be hardened at normal temperature, but its coating film will be stronger under the conditions of 120 ° C and 15 minutes or more.
5. After use, turn the tank upside down and spray for about 5 seconds to clean the nozzle to prevent plugging.
Packaging and storage:
1. Packaging: 500ml / can, 24 cans / piece.
2. Storage: Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place. The shelf life of the product is 1 year.
